Tomatillo-Avacado Salsa
Ingredients:
1 lb Tomatillos, husked, rinsed,
And roughly chopped
1 Avacado, peeled, chopped
3/4 c Fresh cilantro leaves
1 Serrano chili, chopped
2 tb Fresh lime juice
1 ts Salt
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender, and puree. Great
with tortilla chips or with chicken. Makes about 2 cups.
